Lowe Down Media LLC

Privacy Policy

Lowe Down Media LLC operates Lowe Down Media and lowedownmedia.com. This Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is handled, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to provide

Information submitted through Contact, Start Your Project, the Vision Experience, and Interactive Digital Business Card ordering may include your name, contact details, initial project idea, timing, relevant links, professional details, an uploaded image or custom-image description, design guidance, order and payment status, support messages, permissions, acknowledgements, and policy consents.

Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, financial-account details, or other sensitive information unless requested through a separately approved secure process.

Payments

Interactive Digital Business Card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout in test mode during development. Lowe Down Media does not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe may process payment, billing, device, and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy policy. Lowe Down Media may receive transaction status, amount, currency, reference, billing name, and limited payment-method information.

Card images and uploaded files

A card customer may upload one JPG, JPEG, or PNG featured image up to 10 MB, such as a photograph, headshot, company logo, or branded graphic. A customer without a suitable image may instead provide written direction for Lowe Down Media to create a visual. Uploaded files are stored in private object storage before approval and are not intentionally placed in public source code. Lowe Down Media may inspect, crop, resize, optimize, create, and remove unnecessary metadata as part of fulfillment.

Public card information

An approved Interactive Digital Business Card is a public webpage. Approved names, the featured image, professional details, contact information, and links may be available to anyone with the URL and shared through a QR code. Cards are set to noindex by default, but noindex only discourages search-engine listing; it does not make a published card private. An internal per-card setting may enable indexing when specifically requested.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to messages; review Vision Briefs and inquiries; recommend services; schedule consultations; prepare proposals; create and support card orders; verify payment; communicate about missing information; send transactional email; prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; secure and troubleshoot the site; keep appropriate business, tax, transaction, dispute, and legal records; enforce agreements; and comply with law.

Submitting a form does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Storage, providers, and sharing

Structured records may be stored in a protected database and files in private object storage. Lowe Down Media uses providers for hosting, storage, email, and payment processing. Information may be shared with those providers as necessary, to comply with law, investigate abuse or security events, protect rights and safety, complete a business transfer, or at your direction. Lowe Down Media does not sell personal information.

Retention

Abandoned or unpaid card-order drafts and associated uploaded files are retained for no more than 30 days and should then be securely deleted. Paid-order information and assets may be retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, hosting, support, accounting, dispute handling, legal obligations, and future updates you authorize. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Identity verification may be required, and some records may be retained for legal, tax, transaction, security, or contractual reasons. Public-card removal does not necessarily require deletion of those underlying records.

Security and third parties

Lowe Down Media uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website, database, storage, email, payment service, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party websites and services have independent privacy and security practices.

Children

The website and services are intended for adults. Lowe Down Media does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through public forms. Adults submitting materials involving a minor must have authority to do so.
