Terms of Use

Agreement and website purpose
These Terms govern access to lowedownmedia.com and website features operated by Lowe Down Media LLC. The website introduces Lowe Down Media, displays work and examples, describes services, supports inquiries, provides the Vision Experience, and allows eligible visitors to order an Interactive Digital Business Card. Additional written proposals, agreements, order terms, and provider terms may apply.
Bespoke project inquiries
Websites, Apps & Tools, Custom Music, and Website Amplified are bespoke services. Submitting an inquiry, contact message, or Vision Brief begins a conversation only. It does not create a contract, require payment, reserve a production date, guarantee acceptance, or establish final scope, price, or delivery. Accepted work requires a separate proposal or agreement.
Interactive Digital Business Card orders
An Interactive Digital Business Card is a personalized paid service priced at $99 unless a clearly disclosed promotion is active. The first year of standard hosting is included. An order is not paid until Lowe Down Media receives server-verified payment confirmation from Stripe. Arrival on a success page alone does not prove payment.
All sales final
Interactive Digital Business Cards are personalized products created on an expedited schedule. Work may begin immediately after the customer submits the completed order, usable uploads, design guidance, agreements, and payment. All sales are final. No cancellation or refund is offered after order and payment submission. A change of mind, inaccurate information, or failure to review information before checkout does not qualify for a refund. If Lowe Down Media cannot fulfill the order, it may cancel and issue a full refund. Nothing limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Target delivery
Target delivery is within three business days. The period begins only after successful payment and receipt of a completed questionnaire, all required information, either one usable featured image or complete custom-image direction, and any additional design guidance the customer chooses to provide. If information, an uploaded image, or custom-image direction is missing, unusable, or requires clarification, the period begins after those issues are resolved. The target is not an unconditional guarantee when delay results from incomplete information, inaccessible files, customer response time, emergencies, platform outages, or circumstances outside Lowe Down Media’s reasonable control.
Review, revisions, and updates
The purchaser must review all information before checkout. One complimentary revision is included after the customer receives the initial preview. It may include a reasonable group of minor adjustments submitted together, such as correcting text, updating a link, adjusting an existing color, replacing the submitted image, or making a comparable minor content adjustment. Corrections required because Lowe Down Media entered customer-approved information incorrectly are always completed without charge.
The complimentary revision does not include a complete redesign, new layout, a different card for another person or business, significant new functionality, substantial new content, or a new creative direction after the original direction was submitted. Additional revision requests after the complimentary revision cost $25 per request. Larger requests require an individual quote.
Hosting and renewal
The initial purchase includes the first year of standard hosting. Continued hosting of the existing published card is $24 per year. This fee covers continued availability, standard hosting infrastructure, and maintenance needed to keep the existing card accessible. It does not include content revisions, new links or sections, image replacements, design changes, rebranding, or new features.
Annual renewal is not charged automatically unless a proper recurring-payment authorization system is intentionally implemented and clearly disclosed. Otherwise, Lowe Down Media sends a renewal notice and payment link before expiration. A card may be suspended or removed for nonpayment, unlawful content, infringement, security risk, abuse, or material violation. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Purchaser responsibilities and submitted materials
The purchaser is responsible for accurate information, usable files when supplied, clear custom-image direction when requesting a created visual, authority to use submitted materials, required professional disclosures, timely responses, preview review, and final approval. The purchaser grants Lowe Down Media a limited license to receive, store, inspect, crop, resize, optimize, create, reproduce, adapt, display, publish, and use submitted materials and approved visual content as reasonably necessary to fulfill and support the service.
Payment, disputes, and public information
Payment is handled through approved hosted checkout. Lowe Down Media does not store complete payment-card details. Contact Lowe Down Media before initiating a payment dispute when practical; this does not waive legal rights. A published card is accessible to anyone with its URL. Noindex does not make the page private.
Acceptable use and examples
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious or deceptive content, upload prohibited files, impersonate others, infringe rights, scrape content, or use a hosted card to harass, defraud, or mislead. Concept work is identified as such and does not guarantee identical design, performance, search ranking, revenue, bookings, or other outcomes.
Third-party services and availability
The website may rely on hosting, payment, email, scheduling, media, social, and other providers governed by their own terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, public website content is provided as is and as available. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
